Ingredients

- 500gkohlrabi
- 80gdried apricots
- 60gpeanuts
- 200gbrown
- 2tsbutter
- 1Herbs of Provence from Provence
- 1cssugar

Preparation tips
- Cut the apricots into 4. Cut the chestnuts into 2.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips of approximately 1cm. Peel the kohlrabi, cut it into 8 and slice it into thin slices.
- In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter and add the chicken strips. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provençal herbs. When they are golden brown, put them in a dish and keep warm. In the same pan, add the kohlrabi slices, dried apricots, chestnuts and sugar. Add salt and pepper. Add a splash of water and continue cooking, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes. The kohlrabi should remain slightly crunchy.
- Once cooked, add the roasted peanuts. Sprinkle with the remaining Provence herbs, adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
